A Govindan

Former Director of Bureau of Indian Standards. Post Graduate in Plant Pathology and Mycology from Tamilnadu 

Agricultural University. Worked with BIS for 30 years, former Secretary of ISO Standards Formulation Technical

Committee ISO/TC 34/SC 7 & National Committee FAD 9. Published 37 papers nationally and internationally,

completed over 500 System audits and is a lead tutor for many training programmes on HACCP/Food Safety/BRC.

He was a lead tutor for IRCA, UK approved Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000) Lead Auditor programmes

and had conducted around 150 such LA programmes.  He was a IRCA UK Accredited FSMS Lead Auditor, HABC

approved tutor and is trained by British Retail Consortium, UK. Mr. Govindan was a life member of Indian Society

for Training and Development, New Delhi, National Institution  for Quality and Reliability and Institute of

Standards Engineers. He was the managing trustee/advisor of our organization (IICT) and was the guiding force in

all the activities of IICT.

K. Anbarasu

An Agricultural Engineer from the Tamilnadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, he had served in the Bureau of

Indian Standards for 35 years in various capacities in the areas of Standards Formulation, Certification and

Laboratory testing.  He retired as Deputy Director General (Certification) in charge of product certification

responsible for overseeing the certification activities of the whole country. He was a lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001

and IS 18001.  He has also successfully completed the Lead Assessor Programme for ISO 22000:2018.  He was also a

HABC approved tutor. 

Former Director of Bureau of Indian Standards. Master of Science (Chemistry) & Education (Regional College of

Education, Mysore-NCERT). Worked with Bureau of Indian Standards for 28 years mainly in the field of certification

of food products, chemicals, including Packaged Drinking Water. He is an  IRCA, UK Trained Lead Auditor for

ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2004 (EMS) and trained auditor of HACCP and ISO 22000:2018.  He is also an

HABC approved tutor.

Dr K Sasidharan

27 years of executive experience in Federal Bank of which 5 years as Senior Manager, Training in the Staff Training 

College of the Bank. He carries with him over 15 years of teaching experience as Professor, TKM Institute of

Management, Kollam, Principal, SNGIST, North Parur and Principal, Bhavan’s Royal Institute of Management, Kochi.

He is the visiting professor in the Department Commerce, University of Kerala and had been visiting professor in

many of the business schools within Kerala and outside. Dr. Sasidharan is a life member of the Indian Society for

Training and Development, New Delhi and had conducted over 200 training programmes for corporate executives

and bank staff. He is also the Executive Panel Member of McKinsey. Dr. K. Sasidharan had done a project in MDI,

Gurgaon on CSR sponsored by UNDP and AICTE during the year 2003-2004 and had published the report in the

book titled “Corporate Social Responsibility- Concept and Cases Indian Experience released by Excel Books,

New Delhi (2005).

Post Graduate with M.Phil in Microbiology. She worked as  a Lecturer in colleges in the subject; worked in Quality

Assurance of a prominent flight kitchen in Kerala, India.  She is a Lead auditor and trainer for Food Safety

Management Systems. She is a consultant in the field of HACCP/FSMS and is also a HABC approved tutor.
